Recruiters from the Vancouver Fire Rescue Services Training Centre will be hosting an information session. The event will be a casual one, and it can help those who attend decide whether or not firefighting is a good match for their physical abilities and temperament.
Guests at the session will find out what tasks they may be asked to perform, what working conditions to expect, and what salary is offered to professional firefighters in the community.
