A group of students are visiting a Vancouver high school, and this fall, they will be hosting a showcase of music, food and culture from their home country.
More than 140 scholars will be working with MYK Enterprises to host the “Japan Fair” which will be held at Brockton School. These pupils are visiting the city from Yokohama Hayato High School, and noted that they are excited to welcome the public to this event.
This family-friendly function will include a variety of cultural activities. There will be calligraphy demonstrations and an assortment of exhibits, kimono wearing, traditional songs and other music and even a tea ceremony. There will also be a draw for an assortment of prizes. There's no charge to enter the event, and the doors will be open to the public throughout the afternoon.
