Richmond to honor local business leaders

The 37th annual Business Excellence Awards ceremony – a presentation of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce – is taking place in Richmond this November.

Prior to the awards presentation, there will be a nominee reception this October. Guests will enjoy a no-host bar and will have the opportunity to meet those who have been nominated for this honor by the business community.

The event will feature a cocktail reception, a sit-down dinner, and the awards presentation. Among the accolades to be handed out are Hall of Fame, Association of the Year, Customer Service, and Outstanding Workplace. Guests will have a chance to meet the winners and to network with their fellow business leaders.

Sponsorships are available for the awards from $500 up to $4,000.

Business card printing companies in Richmond may find an increase in new orders from those who plan to attend either event. Both will offer plenty of opportunities to exchange cards and briefly discuss business.

The nominee reception will be held at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel on October 30th, from 4:30pm - 6:45pm. Tickets are $15 for Richmond Chamber of Commerce members and $20 for non-members. The Business Excellence Awards will take place at the River Rock Casino Resort on November 27th from 5:00pm - 10:00pm. Tickets cost $125 each.
