A Richmond activity is set to explore aging from a variety of perspectives, and this annual event is open to anyone who is interested in expanding their knowledge base when it comes to older adults.
For two days in November, the 2026 West Coast Conference on Aging will be running at The Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport. The organizers have chosen a theme of "The Health Span Goal: Intentional Innovation and Aging Well", and it includes details of some of the latest research in the field.
The symposium will offer remarks from various keynote speakers, and there will also be panel discussions on a variety of topics. Breakout sessions will foster even more connection, and poster presentations will offer even more inspiration. There will be lots of networking and sharing best practices, and community members will be participating as well. The fee to register covers all the keynote lectures, panel discussions and concurrent sessions, as well as lunch and refreshments.
