Cheese is a food that comes in a huge variety of Forms, and a Richmond area workshop series will offer an introduction to making this dairy product in the home kitchen.
Tickets for the fall Cheese Making Classes that have been organized by the Centro Italian Cultural Centre are now available for booking, and there will be at least 14 sessions on the agenda to choose from. They will each have their own focus, and those who are interested are reminded to make sure the one they sign up for will teach the techniques they wish to learn.
The cheeses that will be made include fresh mozzarella, bocconcini and burrata, and mascarpone is also on the syllabus. Cream cheese and sour cream will be crafted, and one of the sessions will be dedicated to parmesan. The ticket price will depend upon which workshop is selected, and the students will also find out how they can put their creations to use in the kitchen.
Many people enjoy learning new skills, and they will be able to do so when they take a seat in a workshop or other educational activity like this. Printed materials for such events will be available at area Stationery printers.
The Cheese Making Classes will be on offer on various dates throughout the fall of 2022. They will be held at 3075 Slocan Street in Vancouver.
