Richmond attraction to offer Easter weekend activities

A Richmond event space has issued an invitation to all local families to attend a function it has on the agenda for the Easter weekend.

The annual celebration scheduled for the Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site will host lots of fish-themed activities that will be suitable for kids from ages two to six. One of the activities will be the Easter Salmon “Egg” Hunts, which are scheduled to begin every 30 minutes, and everyone will go home with a special treat.

As well as the egg hunts, the guests at the function will be able to spend some time at the craft stations, hear a story, play games and try their luck in a scavenger hunt. Many of the offerings will have a theme that relates to salmon or the ocean. Admission is included in the general ticket price for the facility.

Museums and historic sites such as this give the public a glimpse into an area's natural and human history. A poster printing company can assist with hosting events like this by preparing a variety of effective marketing items, many of which may be quite economical.

Easter at the Cannery will help spring to get off to a fun start from April 15th to April 18th. It is located at 12138 Fourth Avenue in Richmond.
