Pulmonary hypertension symposium on Richmond agenda

Pulmonary hypertension is a health concern for a significant number of Canadians, and during a Richmond event, they will have a chance to meet others who also live with this condition while learning more about it.

Late September has been chosen as the time for the 2018 Western Regional Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) Symposium, and anyone who would like to find out more about this medical issue is welcome to attend. There is no registration fee, and it will be held in the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel.

Participants in the conference will be invited to attend a variety of presentations provided by medical experts, and there will be many opportunities for them to network with one another, building connections that may prove helpful. They can share tips, connect each other with community resources and the environment will be caring and supportive. The event is scheduled to run for two days and has been organized by the Pulmonary Hypertension Association of Canada.

The organizers of the symposium noted that it will provide a unique learning opportunity for those who participate. Any printed materials needed to ensure an occasion like this is a success can be provided by local Print shops.

September 28th and 29th have been selected as the dates for this event. It is scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm on the Friday evening.
