Children's creativity is set to be unleashed at the 16th annual Children's Arts Festival.
The Richmond Cultural Centre Annex is a 15,154-square-foot facility designed to act as a major hub for the Richmond community's arts and culture, and it is set to host the 2025 Children's Arts Festival.
The well-loved festival is designed to spark creativity for everyone in the family. Those who attend the festival will be able to let their imaginations go wild with a wide range of artistic mediums, including music, literacy, performing arts and hands-on activities. The festival features free performances, drop-in workshops and a handful of paid pre-registered classes.
Imagination stations will enable attendees to experience a wide range of different art Forms, and creativity classes will allow visitors to sign up for specialized workshops led by trained instructors in a variety of mediums, including dance, weaving and painting. Visitors will also be able to watch and listen to a range of free musical performances and readings.
Successfully organizing an event like the Children's Arts Festival requires a lot of coordination to ensure the right tools and equipment are in place and that everything is correctly scheduled. This is why, leading up to events like this, organizers will often use flyer printing to share a finalized schedule of events and activities that can be expected and provide additional information regarding the instructors or businesses featured at the event.
The Children's Arts Festival will be held on February 17th, starting at 10:30 am, at the Richmond Cultural Centre Annex at 7660 Minoru Gate, Richmond. Exact schedule details and event costs can be found on the festival website.
