Kirmac Collision & Autoglass announced a second location will open in Richmond, bringing its total number of British Columbia locations to 16.
The centre will be located in the northeastern part of Richmond at 11420 Voyageur Way, which is off Bridgeport Road. This will round out sales with the company’s location in the southern part of the city.
The opening of a new location requires a lot of preparation, from hiring and training employees to creating and printing materials, including Brochures and Business Cards. Kirmac may promote the new location with consumer Flyers, which would likely be produced using Variable Data printing.
Kirmac, a family owned and operated company, has been in the auto body and repair business in the Metro Vancouver for more than 40 years. Last year, the company sold its U.S. business as part of what it calls “an ambitious expansion plan in British Columbia”. According to CEO and Founder, Ian McIntosh, the company’s goal is to double its size within the next five years.
The company believes that this expansion will help with its existing support to the BC Children’s Hospital through increasing its annual donation. Kirmac operates the Kirmac Cares for Kids program, through which it supports the BC Children’s Hospital as well as other organizations. Its goal is to raise $500,000 annually.
