The Women's Re(treat) is taking place in Edmonton next month and is a presentation of the Alberta InspireHer Society.
The theme of the event is ‘Re(newing) our minds, re(freshing) our bodies and re(viving) our souls’.
The fee will include breakfast and lunch. There will be a networking session for introverts, bio breaks and door prizes. There will also be a vision board activity where participants will create a board using words and pictures to inspire them, a panel discussion about women's health and a presentation on women's leadership.
In addition, Gayatri Joti will be leading a seated yoga and guided meditation session. Among those who will be speaking at the retreat are Nadine Riopel, Jocelyn Davison, Nicole Constante, Justine Martinson and Chantal Eves.
Sponsorships are available where an attendee can buy a ticket for someone who may not be able to afford it.
Those attending will not only have the opportunity to inspire themselves, but they will also have a chance to meet some like-minded women. No doubt many will bring their Business Cards which were obtained from an Edmonton printing company.
The Women's Re(treat) will be held at the Fairmont Hotel MacDonald on March 2 from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Tickets are $100 per person or $150 for two. To find out more about this event, visit the InspireHer Society website.
