An event that may help those who call Edmonton home relax and unwind while they work with fresh flowers will soon take place, and a local coffee shop will host the gathering.
Dubbed "Petals on the Patio”, the activity will be facilitated by The Social Florist. It will be hands-on, and when they head for home, everyone will walk away with an arrangement they can be proud to display.
The registration fee for the session includes a selection of fresh flowers and greenery, and ceramic vases will be distributed as well. The facilitator will teach how to use these to create a bespoke bouquet, and Boxes will also be supplied so that they can be transported home safely. The tools and other equipment will be provided, and while they work, the ticket holders will be invited to purchase treats and a beverage to sip on while they prepare their arrangement.
To help make sure their creation looks great for a long time to come, fresh flower care cards will be distributed.
