Needle kings and queens who hail from Edmonton may want to be sure they save the date for a fall gathering that is set for a local cinema.
Landmark Cinemas Tamarack Edmonton will offer a morning of crafting and connection. The attendees can take in a film while they knit or crochet, and it may be a fun way for the attendees to make some new friends.
Tickets for the function are $22.73, and this includes applicable fees. Those who reserve a seat can bring their yarn, pattern needles or hooks, and as the movie shown will be “Grease”, they can sing along with the tunes. It will be a relaxed gathering with everyone encouraged to mix and mingle. There will be some pop-up shops on site to browse through as well as door prize draws, and the cinema is located at 955 Tamarack Way Northwest. The doors will open to the registrants at 10:00 am, and outside snacks will be welcome.
