The Greater Edmonton Parrot Society has planned an event with bird lovers in mind, and these feathery companion animals will be the stars of the show.
The 2025 Edmonton Pet Parrot Show will add an extra touch of fun to March, showcasing species ranging from tiny budgies and parrotlets to extra-large macaws. Anyone who enjoys birds is welcome.
The function will be filled with demonstrations, exhibits, and displays, and a vendor market will provide everyone with a chance to pick up some supplies, toys, and treats for their birds. There will be opportunities for the crowd to mingle and learn from one another, and a scavenger hunt will provide a fun way to learn facts about the Psittaciformes, which is the scientific name for their bird family. Admission starts at $7 for adults and $5 for youth, and a family pass is available too.
