Real estate investing offers a way for people to make their money grow, and to help get them started, a special tour is on the way for the city.
REI Masters will be inviting those who would like to learn more about the process to hop aboard its tour bus for the Fix and Flip Bus Tour, which will visit several properties across the city that are undergoing a “flip”.
Departing from the South Edmonton Common, the registrants will travel to four different projects that have been purchased so they may be fixed up and resold, and they will learn how the process works and whether or not it is a good fit for them. There will be two stops in the morning and two in the afternoon, with lunch between, and tickets start at $10 each. The function will wrap up with an optional meet and greet and drinks at the Rec Room at 725 99 Street Northwest Edmonton, where the attendees will be invited to network with each other. Business Cards are often exchanged during such networking opportunities.
The crew at Edmonton’s REI Masters have scheduled its Fix and Flip Bus Tour for Wednesday, April 15th. The passengers will board the bus at 8:30 am to depart at 9:00 am sharp, and they will return at 4:00 pm.
