As kids head back to school, Edmonton parents and other bargain hunters can take some time to engage in some local retail therapy.
A variety of businesses will be setting up shop in the annual “Schools Back, Act Normal” pop up market that be making its return for another year. More than 40 vendors will be included in the day, and they will range from crafters and artisans to small, home-based business operators.
For two days, The Royal Canadian Legion Norwood Branch will be hosting the event, and to thank the community for its support, the first 25 customers through the door will receive a special prize. Draws for a variety of Corporate Gifts are on the agenda, and basket raffles and meat drawings will all come together to add some extra excitement to the weekend.
The planners of the function are still accepting table bookings for crafters, direct sale reps and other vendors. Those interested in obtaining additional information or discussing reserving a space are encouraged to contact the organizers.
This chance for the public to shop till they drop while supporting the city’s small business community has been scheduled for September 26th and 27th. Its online listing can be consulted for the most up to date vendor list and other details about this activity.Get a Free Quote for Corporate Gifts
