A vendor market will be popping in to Edmonton this fall, and it will give those who like to get their holiday gift buying out of the way early lots to choose from.
The Norwood Legion will be welcoming shoppers for an instalment of The Vendor Connection, which is a market that celebrates the talents of local makers. Both admission and parking are free, and it will be open for two days.
The list of vendors that will be in attendance at the function include both makers and direct sellers, and the public can expect to find everything from soaps and toiletries to clothing, jewellery and textiles. Prize draws will take place, and a raffle is in the works. Anyone who would like to add their name to the list of sellers is asked to call to discuss the opportunity with its organizers.
A pop-up market gives area residents a convenient way to support local sellers, and they are often quite popular, especially as the holiday season approaches. A poster printing company will be able to aid in making sure the public is aware of when and where a function will be held.
The Vendor Connection will be hosting its Fall Vendor Pop Up on September 10th and 11th. The doors will one on both days at 11:00 am.
