The Northgate Lions Recreation Center has a day of fun in store for the St. Patrick’s Day season, and it will bring out the inner Irish in everyone who attends.
The North Edmonton Seniors Association will be offering a salute to the Emerald Isle with a celebration that puts Irish dancing in the spotlight. This entertainment will be provided by Knock School of Irish Dance, and general admission tickets are $17.31 each, which includes any fees and taxes.
The afternoon, which is planned for 7524 139 Avenue Northwest, will see its doors open to the guests at 1:45 pm. While the attendees mix and mingle, they will be served some dessert and other light refreshments, and it will then be time to enjoy the live entertainment. A cash bar will be on site. The final date to reserve a spot is March 7th, and a wait list will be available should it fill up.
St. Patrick’s Day activities often include decor in shades of green and gold, and may include bunting, signage and Posters. Banner printing companies will be able to custom craft Banners and other decorations to each of its customer’s exact specifications.
