Edmonton takes a lot of pride in its craft brewing community, and one of the members of this group has set the date for its anniversary party.
Alley Kat’s Anniversary Block Party is right around the corner, and it will be celebrating the brewery’s 30th year of supplying a selection of brews to the public. It will run for four hours, and as there will be pours on offer from other local breweries, it will be an activity that may be especially suited to true beer fans.
The plans for the afternoon include music from area bands and other performers. A Kuma outdoor gear lounge will be set up, and food trucks have been invited to set up shop. The Humane Animal Rescue Team (HART) will also be hosting an Adoption Day at the event, with some adoptable dogs set to attend. Games and giveaways will wrap up the festivities.
