The Camrose and District Chamber of Commerce provides its membership with a collective voice, and it has a special celebration on offer that will thank the community for its continued support.
The Jaywalkers Jamboree festival will once again bring the fun to Camrose, and it will be held over three days. It will be on offer along 50th Street in the community’s downtown, and in honour of the occasion, the street will be closed off to vehicle traffic.
Those who stop by will be treated to an assortment of activities, as well as carnival-style rides. Entertainment is in the works, and anyone in need of some retail therapy will find plenty to catch their interest in the vendor market. Mobile eateries will be serving up everything from hot buttered corn on the cob to international foods. A pancake breakfast will kick off the festivities.
Local small businesses that feel the festival is good fit for them are welcome to submit a vendor application, and spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis for as long as they last. Vendors that frequently take part in expos, trade shows or fairs can order booth decor from area banner printing companies.
The 2026 Jaywalkers Jamboree will kick off summer in Camrose from June 5th to June 7th. Everyone is invited to stop by and join in the fun.
