Camrose seeks vendors for Jaywalkers Jamboree

The Jaywalkers Jamboree will soon bring the fun to Camrose, and the local Chamber of Commerce has issued a call to area business that would like to show their community spirit.

The activity will be held in early June, and will bring three days of music, food and fun to 50th Street. It will be a pedestrian-only zone, and in previous years it has attracted thousands of attendees.

Plans for the festival include midway rides, a pop-up vendor market, mobile eateries, live entertainment , a pancake breakfast and activities just for the kids. The celebration will run from Friday to Sunday, and its schedule will be updated as its date draws closer.

To show some love to the city’s small business side, the organizers are accepting applications for its vendor market. Spaces will be filled first come, first served, and the final date to register is April 30th. Members of the Chamber and business from Camrose’s downtown have been given the first opportunity to book a spot, and the system opens on March 30th for all other vendors.

A pop-up market may provide both a sales opportunity and exposure for a small business. A printing services company can prepare backdrops and other booth decor that may help to grab the attention of passers-by.

The 2026 Jaywalkers Jamboree will run from June 5th to June 7th. More information is available on the Chamber’s website.
