An upcoming event is set to bring some Bavarian-themed festivities to the community of Camrose, and everyone is welcome to get involved.
The city has plans in the works to host the very first ever Oktoberstock, which is inspired by the German Oktoberfest, but with a Camrose twist. It will celebrate all that makes the community special, while promoting its diversity.
The agenda for the day is filled with music and other fun, and local performers will be in attendance. There will be lots of food on offer, with all ages welcome. The festivities will continue on into the evening hours, with an Oom Pa Pa band and a DJ keeping the crowd entertained. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase, and anyone who would like to pitch a tent or park their RV and spend the night will be able to do so at a campground located right across from the event venue.
An inaugural function like this often benefits from having a special Logo Design prepared. This can be added to the promotional materials used to market it, while also building its brand throughout the area.
The first ever Camrose Oktoberstock will kick off the fall season with a full day of fun on September 18th. The Camrose Regional Exhibition grounds will be the location for the community celebration.
