July is on the way, and in Camrose, that means that it will soon be time for the community’s annual Show ‘n Shine.
During this event, classic car buffs will have their vehicles on display for the public to see, and they can browse through the cars, trucks, and others modes of transport that will be on hand for the day.
The entries, some of which have been in their owners’ families for generations, will be ranked according to the number of participant votes they receive. Several classes have been set up for the judging, including low rider, rat rod, modern car, vintage car, and stock car. Several of these will be further broken down into stock vehicle and modified vehicle options. A special grouping has been set aside for the motorcycle enthusiasts to enter.
Each person who wishes to enter the competition will need to choose one class that they feel is the best fit for their truck, motorcycle, or car. To help make this easier, the organizers have provided descriptions of each for these and the vehicles that will be most suited to each grouping. A local printer of branded Corporate Gifts will be able to both design and then craft awards for the winners.
The Show n’ Shine will be held next Saturday, July 1 in Camrose. A rain date of July 8 has been set, and more details can be found on the Camrose Cruisers website.
