The 3rd annual Pet Friendly Stampede Breakfast will take place at the Bow Bottom Veterinary Hospital on July 15 from 9:00 am - 12:00 am. Pets are definitely welcome. All proceeds from the event go to support the Oops-a-Dazy Rescue and Sanctuary Society.
The Calgary Stampede is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, so there can be few better ways to celebrate than with your pets. Humans will have a pancake breakfast and their pets will receive some soft food. There will games in which to take part, lots of pet-friendly activities, musical entertainment, and vendors. Vendors will be selling pet-related merchandise and some of those already booked are the Paw Spa and Pawhaus Pet Boutique.
Donations of pancake mix and syrup are being requested. This would be a good opportunity for anyone with a pet-related business to get their name known in the community, as consumers do appreciate it when a company they recognize makes the effort to donate to good causes. A company can even send out a flyer asking their customers if they would also like to donate to the breakfast, either monetarily or with supplies. Calgary flyer printers can help to design an effective flyer for a very reasonable price.
The Oops-a-Dazy Rescue and Sanctuary Society help rescue all sorts of animals, including cats, dogs, horses, donkeys, goats, and assorted farm animals. Animals taken into their care are either adopted out or live out their lives on the Oops-a-Dazy Farm.
Sharing breakfast with your pet and celebrating the Calgary Stampede will be a lot more fun with the knowledge that you are helping less fortunate animals.
