While many may think of Halloween as being just for kids, a Calgary celebration is set to turn that idea on its head.
The community's adults have been invited to be part of a Halloween party that will be filled with retro fun. Both VIP and General Admission passes are up for grabs, and the list of activities on the agenda is quite extensive.
The guests at the spooky soiree will be able to try their luck in the costume contest, and a live DJ will provide the tunes. Singles mixers will take place, and couples are also welcome. There will be trick-or-treat stations set up to raise funds for a local animal rescue, and party games, a scavenger hunt and a signature cocktail pour have all been planned.
This activity is being hosted as a fundraiser for the Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society, and one of the stations will help to raise awareness about cat adoption. It will include a gallery of black cats waiting for a loving home. Materials for a booth or other public display can be prepared by a brochure printing company, and it will be able to include almost any graphic design inserts desired.
This evening of spooky but festive fun will be bringing the Halloween spirit to Calgary on October 28th. West Gate Social will be the location for the festivities.
