This November, a Calgary event will give people an excuse to wind down and focus on themselves, and it will be all about nourishing the mind, body and spirit.
The guests at ‘Eat Play Love’ will be treated to a variety of ways to “destress” and focus on self-care. Both sweet and savory treats will be on the menu for the occasion, and this is just the beginning of the options that will be on offer.
A variety of holistic wellness and spa service providers will be on site, and they will each be offering 15-minute mini-pampering sessions. The guests can choose whichever ones they wish, and while they are enjoying themselves they can check out the items that will be up for bids in the silent auction.
While the afternoon will be all about relaxation, it will also have a higher purpose. The proceeds that are raised through the silent auction will be used to help support those affected by domestic violence, and with the help of a printing services company, and event like this can be a big success.
Calgary's Carriage House Inn will be welcoming guests for this afternoon of self-care and pampering on November 3. General admission for the event, which will take place at 9030 Macleod Trail South, starts at $75.
