Calgary dinner to showcase benefits of going cruelty-free

Calgary is home to a thriving vegan and plant-based community, and its members and those who would like to learn more about an animal-free diet are invited to attend a potluck style dinner this winter.

All residents of Calgary and surrounding areas who are aged five and up are invited to take a seat at this event, in which all dishes will be plant-based and oil-free. Every person who attends the gathering is asked to bring along a dish with enough servings for six to eight adults, and any course may be selected.

Serving and individual eating utensils will also be needed, and everyone will also need to supply their own water. The participants will lend a hand with both set up and clean up.

This event has been organized through the efforts of the Calgary Fork Smart Community, and a discount is being offered to all of its members. More information about the event can be found on its online listing. Registration Forms and other documents for this sort of group can be prepared by area Stationery printers using environmentally friendly techniques.

The Fork Smart Oil-Free Whole Plant-Based Living Potluck and Vegucation Dish exchange will bring cruelty-free, healthful dining to the city on February 11th, 2021. It is scheduled to take place at 48 12th Street.
