Bow River Brewing is proud to call Calgary home, and this October, it will be celebrating with a German-inspired event.
The craft brewery has set the date for its Oktoberfest party, and it will bring community members together in a spirit of celebration. This will be its 7th year, and the planners are pulling out all the stops to make it a memorable occasion.
The festivities will feature traditional German music performed live, as well as an assortment of Oktoberfest eats. The flagship Riverfest Amber Lager, which is a German-style brew, will be taking pride of place, and each ticketholder will receive a stein of the beer of their choice to sip on and raise in a salute. Those wearing traditional garb such as a dirndl or lederhosen will be given a free pretzel to thank them for entering into the spirit of the occasion. While the whole family is invited to attend, only adults may consume alcohol, and dogs will not be permitted in the taproom.
Organizers of Oktoberfests and other themed events that include special decor may find that a printing company is a helpful partner. It can craft customized Drinkware and other Promotional Products for attendees.
