Calgary beer festival to wrap up February

Calgary’s craft breweries will be showcasing their stuff during an event that will bring some fun to the days of mid-winter.

The city will be wrapping up February with an activity that will give its craft brewers a chance to showcase their products to local beer lovers. It has been dubbed the “Brew Haven Craft Beer Event”, and it will be held at the North Haven Community Hall. Along with the beers, ales, lagers and stouts that will be on tap, hard ciders will also be on offer.

Several vendors from across the city have already signed on for the event, and the organizers have explained that there will be a new addition to the activity this year. Local artist Rachel Lyon will have a display set up where the attendees can browse through and purchase an assortment of special papers and other handmade Stationery products.
