As the festive winter season approaches, a Calgary venue is preparing to welcome guests for a special holiday party.
The Glenmore Inn and Convention Centre will be hosting the 2024 AUPE Local 45 Nursing Care Holiday Party. It will be a time for festive fun and for those who work in nursing care to catch up with old friends, and each attendee may purchase two tickets, which are priced at $40.00 each.
The doors will open an hour ahead of seating for the dinner so that the guests will have time to mingle and catch up, and after the buffet meal, everyone can hit the dance floor and enjoy tunes provided by a DJ. The attendees will be asked to present their Alberta Health Services (AHS) ID before they enter, and to make sure everyone enjoys a safe celebration, the venue has rooms available at a discounted price for anyone who would like to spend the night on site. A raffle draw is in the works as well.
