The California Wine Fair will be taking place next month in Calgary, and is a fundraising event for the Safe Haven Foundation.
At last year’s fair, guests had approximately 400 wines to taste and there are expected to be as many or more this year. Guests will enjoy unlimited tastings of regular, premium and super-premium wines all evening; these samples will be obtained at several pouring stations throughout the venue. In addition, they will enjoy hors d’oeuvres provided by Executive Chef Ryan O’Flynn. There will also be a silent auction with a wide variety of items up for bidding.
The Safe Haven Foundation raises funds for Safe Haven Canada, which helps at-risk teenage girls. This includes providing temporary housing, letting them complete their education and teaching necessary life skills.
To help advertise events like this, Calgary Stationery printing companies are often asked to provide items such as printed Invitations. These Invitations are then mailed out to people who have either attended one in the past or who are known to support the charitable cause.
