An upcoming event in Calgary may be able to help the city’s salons move into the future ready for success.
The Strive & Thrive workshop will be centred on the aesthetic sector, and it is aimed at those who own a salon or work in the industry. It will take place over two days, and it will explore an assortment of topics that will be of interest to the attendees.
The first day will introduce subjects that may help to drive sales, and the organizers hope that when it is time to head for home, the participants will have a greater sense of confidence in their own abilities. The second day will address issues such as communication between management and staff, business trends in the industry and marketing, among other topics. It will be held in the Hyatt Regency Calgary, and anyone who is coming in from out of town will be able to book a room at the hotel.
