While many autumn festivals are family friendly, one planned for Calgary will give parents and other grown-ups a kid free celebration to call their own.
Cobb’s Adventure Park will be welcoming the arrival of fall with its Pumpkin Palooza, and in previous years, the activity has consistently been a sell-out. Tickets must be reserved ahead of time, and everyone who purchases one will be treated to an evening of special experiences.
The guests will be invited to spend some time with the baby kangaroos, and there will be lots of photo ops on offer in the pumpkin patch. A variety of games and other activities will be included in the ticket price, and appetizers and beverages will tempt the attendees. A food truck has been booked for the occasion, and everyone will go home with a pumpkin they can carve and decorate to add to their own Halloween or harvest display.
