Farmers Market returns to Airdrie
Each year, the Airdrie Farmers Market gives the public and local farmers a way to connect. It will be opening for another season, and mark the occasion, it will be hosting a special celebration.
The market will be holding a Spring Fling shopping party, and the whole community is invited to join in. This one day event will also keep the city’s less fortunate in mind, as those who plan on attending are asked to bring a donation of non-perishable food for the Airdrie Food Bank.
The vendors who set up shop each week during the market's spring, summer and fall schedules will be on hand, and bakers, crafters and produce growers will have products to browse through. It can be a great place to pick up a Mother’s Day gift or Easter dessert, and the gates will be open to the public throughout the day.
