A special event is on the way for Airdrie that will bring everyone together in support of its 2SLGBTQ+ community, and it promises to be a whole lot of fun.
The 2022 Airdrie Pride Festival will be held at Nose Creek Regional Park, and its organizers are currently accepting registrations from businesses and groups interested in booking a booth space. Each will be 10 foot by 10 foot in size, and power will not be available.
Each vendor who Books a space for the celebration will have to supply their own table and chairs, and tents or canopies will need to be weighted down so they do not get caught in the wind. The site is accessible to those who need a mobility device, and an AHS first aider will be onsite. Booth and table space bookings start at $50 for not-for-profit organizations, while businesses are asked to pay $100. The final date to make a reservation is June 1st.
