Airdrie fundraising affair to ring in 2022
A fundraising event is set to help Airdrie bid a fond farewell to 2021.
Airdrie P.O.W.E.R., which helps women fleeing domestic violence, has invited one and all who are aged 18 and up to attend its New Year’s Eve gala, which will have a ‘Roaring Twenties’ theme. Everyone is welcome to come dressed in their favourite 1920s outfit if they wish, or they can choose formal attire.
The guests at the fundraiser will be greeted with a cocktail hour where they can mix and mingle, and then it will be time to take a seat for dinner. The night will continue on with music and dancing, and at midnight, everyone will count down and be treated to a champagne toast. Raffles and even split draws will be taking place, and a photo booth, special drinks, games and other fun will all be on offer.
