Airdrie chamber hosts introductory meet and greet
A chamber of commerce serves its membership in a variety of ways, ranging from marketing to networking and advocacy, and Airdrie businesses may find an upcoming local chamber event to be a valuable experience.
The Airdrie Chamber of Commerce has invited representatives of community businesses that are not already members to drop in for its Meet Your Chamber mixer. Current members are also welcome to attend.
The function will get started with a presentation that will outline the benefits available to those who join, as well as the expectations of them. There will be time for questions, and light refreshments will be served, with the session wrapping up with some networking. Business cards are highly recommended, and the activity will be held at the Chamber offices, located at 102 150 Edwards Way. The session is free to attend, though advance registration is mandatory. It will run for one and half hours.
A strong network of contacts can be very valuable for a business or professional, and mixers provide an opportunity to build such a network. Attendees of such events often make use of business card printing services beforehand.
The Airdrie Chamber of Commerce will host its Meet Your Chamber mixer starting at 1:00 pm on Thursday, November 30th. Its registration system can be accessed through the Chamber's website.
