A workshop on rebirthing techniques will be held this December in Wangara.
The Rebirthing Breathwork Sound Healing Journey, “A Safe Place to Breathe” is for people who want to change their lives and achieve healing of both the body and mind.
Breathwork will be taught on the day, together with sound healing practices which are designed to clear emotional blockages, relieve stress and release old traumas and hurts. Participants will be taught how to use the breath to achieve a state similar to new born calmness, in the body, so that the mind can begin its healing process.
The addition of sound to the breathwork enhances the experience and often results in a complete rebalancing of the body’s energies, which can lead to permanent and remarkable changes in how people understand themselves. The didgeridoo, medicine drum, crystal and Tibetan bowls and the native American flute are some of the instruments that will be used on the day for sound healing.
Suntara and Rosarmy Ramirez Moreno will be running the class and have had a great deal of experience in the use of rebirthing techniques since 2005. Suntara trained under Leonard Orr, who founded the rebirthing movement more than 40 years ago. Organisers of events such as this often use printing services for resources and advertising.
The workshop will be held on Sunday 15th December at 9am at The Northside Hub in Wangara.
