An opportunity to learn how to make pasta like a professional is coming soon to East Perth.
Budding chefs and gourmands alike looking to improve their pasta-making skills will get their chance at an East Perth event this coming May. The opportunity is entitled “Pasta Making Masterclass with Marco” and is designed to show all attending how to make authentic Italian pasta fresh from scratch.
From colleges providing courses to restaurants offering cooking classes, those presenting educational experiences often enlist experts in graphic design to set Brochures and Booklets advertising what is involved.
The East Perth event will see Marco share how he learned how to make pasta from his grandmother’s recipe. Those attending will get some hands-on experience in making fresh pasta and will learn ways to adjust the recipe to suit different diets.
Born in Abruzzo, Italy, Marco brings his passion for heritage food and his love of passing on his skills.
Afterwards (weather on the day permitting), all participants can eat the pasta they make together accompanied by a classic sauce in the Perth City Farm Garden.
The Pasta Making Masterclass with Marco will take place at Perth City Farm on Saturday, May 27. The venue is located at 1 City Farm Place in East Perth and will run from 9 am until 12 pm, with tickets priced at $80 per person.
