Werribee welcomes water festival

An event designed for family fun with water will be held at an outdoor swimming pool in Werribee later this year.

Families in Werribee looking for a fun night out can attend an upcoming local event. Headed for the suburb in autumn, the outdoor celebration is called Waterfest 2026 and is taking place at a popular swimming pool.

Owners of sites with swimming pools often contact experienced banner printing services to create health and safety signage that explains rules of conduct both in and out of the pool for the public.

Waterfest is joint presented by Wyndham City Youth Services and Paradox Events. Those engaging with the evening event can enjoy a wide range of features, activities and entertainment. Fun planned includes live performances and poolside cinema with acts and titles still waiting confirmation. Live DJs will be staffing the decks to supply a soundtrack to a laser light show and a giant slip and slide will be installed at the pool.

Waterfest 2026 is now happening on Friday, February 27 at Werribee Outdoor Pool. The festival will get started at 7.20 pm and ends at 10.30 pm and the pool is easy to find at 220 Watton Street in Werribee.

Waterfest is only suitable for those who are eight years old or over. Furthermore, children aged between 8 and 11 must be accompanied by an adult.
