Werribee to celebrate Australian sounds

A single-day concert featuring some of the biggest names in Australian rock is arriving at an outdoor venue in Werribee this spring.

Residents with a love of homegrown music can book tickets for full day of rock this year. The suburb is welcoming back the highly popular One Electric Day, and major artists and acts are already confirmed to play.

Organisers of events held outside often order weatherproof signage from comprehensive banner printing services that will not fade under UV rays or get damaged by wind and rain.

The upcoming concert features a strong line-up of Australian rock starts. Heading up the bill is artist Jimmy Barnes. Warmly regarded by many as the heart and soul of Aussie rock, Barnes has 22 number one albums under his belt and has outsold every other local act in Australia.

Joining Barnes on the day will be Australia’s punk rock champions, The Living End, founding member of Cold Chisel, Ian Moss, Chocolate Starfish, Baby Animals and one of the nations most loved acts from the ‘90s, Bachelor Girl, featuring James Roche and Tania Doko.

One Electric Day will now be at Werribee Park on Saturday, November 21. The park is based on K Road in Werribee South, around 35 km from Melbourne city centre. General admission to the concert is $159.90 per person; however, early entry fast passes are also available for $199.90.
