An access course for those in the food processing sector interested in learning more about drying methods will be held in Werribee this summer.
Food processing industry professionals in Werribee can attend a course called “Food Drying Technology” in early 2025. The short but informative educational experience will run for two consecutive days in the suburb at the CSIRO food innovation centre.
