The popular Children’s Week Picnic will be held next month in Werribee.
The picnic event is designed for children aged 0 - 12 years and will include live performances by The Teeny Tiny Stevies, The Listies and The Scientwits. There will also be market stalls, games, music, and food trucks. A See Make Play marquee will be set up along with an Active Kids Zone. The Super Amazing Dolphin Show will be performed in the H2O Area, and children will be able to learn about local waterways and water safety. The Polyglot Theatre will also be on hand to entertain children with their ‘Bees’ production. Food and drink vendors will be onsite, but visitors are welcome to bring their own food and drinks to the event. Visitors should also bring a picnic blanket and chairs if possible, as seating is limited.
The Children’s Week Picnic is run by the Wyndham City Council. There will be various businesses showcasing their services at the event, and visitors will be able to pick up Business Cards to find out more about what is available in the local Werribee area.
