A Richmond venue is set to play host to a band who rose to fame in Seattle’s Grunge scene back in the 90s.
Seattle Grunge rockers Mudhoney are playing live at the Corner Hotel in Richmond this coming April, as part of the four-piece band’s epic tour of Australia. In what will be Mudhoney’s first trip to Oz since they played for audiences back in 2014, the tour will span two months and see them play headline shows in six states. The performances will also include festival appearances throughout April and May.
Tour promoters often hire poster printing services to design and produce on-brand advertisements that encourage members of the public to attend gigs and festival shows.
With a career that extends beyond three decades, Mudhoney has a massive back catalogue to draw upon when playing live. Fans of the grunge group attending the Richmond gig may get a chance to hear classic tracks spanning their 13 studio albums. These may include “Suck You Dry”, “Touch Me I’m Sick”, “Sweet Young Thing Ain’t Sweet No More”, “Ritzville” and “Who You Drivin’ now”. The show is also likely to feature new material from their upcoming release in 2023.
Mudhoney will be live on stage at the Corner Hotel on Thursday, April 27. The venue can be found at 57 Swan Street in Richmond, with the show set to start at 7.30 pm.
