A super group playing synth-pop music is booked to play a live music venue in Richmond.
Residents with a love of synthesiser music are in for a treat this spring. A late matinee show is running in the suburb featuring a synth-pop group called The Blitz Kids, which is formed from members of famous bands.
The group takes its name from the iconic London club that gave birth to the New Romantic music scene in the 1980s.
Pubs and clubs that present live music often count on expert flyer printing services that can design and produce hand-to-hand advertising materials that shout out to the bands and solo artists they host.
The Blitz Kids will play two sets filled with classic hits from both the New Romantic and New Wave genres. The supergroup consists of Kids in the Kitchen’s Scott Carne, Pseudo Echo’s Pierre Pierre, Electro Drums’ Thom Mann and BIG PIG’s Tim Rosewarne.
There will also be sets from DJ Jason Buchanan, and a chance to meet the group and purchase merchandise.
The Blitz Kids will now play live at the Corner Hotel on Sunday, November 15. The event will kick off from 4 pm and the live music venue is positioned at 57 Swan Street in Richmond. General admission standing tickets are available to music fans aged 18 and over and priced at $46 per person.
