Art and wellbeing workshop to arrive in Richmond

A venerable venue in Richmond has been selected as the site for a therapeutic experience this year that combines creativity with self-development.

An event titled the “Saturday Art Therapy Creative Collective” is planned to take place in Richmond. Autumn will see a local civic centre host the small group workshop run by CGE Wellness, which is aimed at those seeking self-improvement and art expression.

Organisations and institutions that run arts-based mental health workshops sometimes trust experienced brochure printing services to fashion literature that explains features and benefits while providing contact information.

Included in the collection “Arts and Crafts in Richmond”, the workshop lets attendees explore their inner world in daily life. It looks to provide a secure space that promotes collaboration and creativity.

The ongoing programme will be held on selected Saturdays, and each session will feature a brand-new guided activity. Events are led by CGE Wellness representative Christine, who uses an array of crafting and art techniques alongside art therapy processes.

The Saturday Art Therapy Creative Collective session will run at The Stables on Saturday, April 11. The venue is sited at 19 Duke Street in Richmond, and the workshop will begin at 9.30 am and ends at 11.30 am. The price to attend in $35 per person.

Now serving as a key community centre, The Stables is a heritage building that dates to 1880.
