Richmond mums invited to free Pilates session

Mothers in Richmond are being asked to bring their kids along for a special Serotonin Mums, Bubs and Toddlers Pilates session, designed to provide a good workout in a family friendly setting.

Organised by Serontin Exercise as part of its expanding offerings, the free 45-minute sessions are designed to help busy mums mindfully start their day.

Run by Elise Graham from S3 Studio, the workshops will take participants through exercises tailored for unique body needs and fitness levels. Combining strength, clinical Pilates and fitness, it will be guaranteed to leave participants feeling thoroughly stretched, strengthened and relaxed. Free exercise programmes and community events such as this can benefit from flyer printing to advertise to potential attendees.

With a central focus on the core stomach muscles and obliques, the Pilates workout also seeks to lengthen muscles throughout the entire body. Benefits can include enhanced flexibility, increased strength and muscle tone, improved posture, improvements in mental concentration and greater stress management skills.

A family friendly environment, mothers are encouraged to bring the kids along, where they can be free to run around and do what kids naturally do without worrying about bothering or disrupting anyone. In-person spaces are limited to 15 people per class; however, the events are also streamed online for those unable to make it in person.

The Serotonin Mums, Bubs and Toddlers Pilates workshops run at Serotonin Eatery on Wednesday mornings at 9:20 am.
