With the Ashes urn well and truly back in the trophy cabinet, attention is starting to turn to the limited overs form of cricket with both a one-day international and a three-match Twenty20 series still to come against England.
The Melbourne Cricket Ground is set to host matches in both series, so cricket fans from suburbs like Richmond still have plenty of opportunity to get their cricket fix this summer.
Both countries have already named their limited overs squads with several changes being made. A number of Australian players are returning from injury or have pushed their way into the squad through good form, while England have rung the changes after a disappointing tour so far.
These two shorter Forms of the game often have more of a party atmosphere than test cricket with fans urged to join in the fun by dressing up or using banner printing to voice their opinions. Fans could use Banners to show their support for their favourite Australian player or maybe even a bit of good natured sledging of the opposition. Well-designed or comical Banners often get shown on television coverage giving fans an extra reason for putting some effort into their printed creations.
The one-day international, which is the first in the five-match series, will be played on Sunday January 12, starting at 2.20 pm, while the Twenty20 match is on Friday, January 31 starting at 7.35 pm. Tickets for both matches are still available.Get a Free Quote for Forms Get a Free Quote for Banners
