Day of wellbeing for Richmond

Richmond residents who crave a day of pampering and introspection can join like-minded individuals for a wellbeing day in June.

The Signature Queen Wellness Day, run by Tania Lambert, brings together women in the area who wish to look after both their physical and mental health. It is a day retreat, where participants are encouraged to know themselves, accepting thoughts and behaviours and learning to treat others, and, more importantly, themselves, with kindness and acceptance.

The day begins with meditative practice. This is known to lower blood pressure, decrease tension-related pain such as headaches and improve immunity.

There will also be discussion about goal setting and creating a vision board. Finally, there will be a gratitude session and hopefully all attending will leave feeling empowered, rejuvenated and ready to face life with renewed vigour. A recent attendee said:

“Thoroughly enjoyed my day with Tania. Her compassion, her warmth and guidance was really lovely. I walked away feeling happy and enlightened.”

Print shops are often used in order to produce advertising material for events within the community.

The Signature Queen Wellness Day is taking place on Saturday 14th June, from 10am until 4pm. The venue is 1/239 Church Street, Richmond. Tickets cost $250. Tea and coffee are provided. Participants should bring water, comfy socks and a yoga mat. A pen and paper might be useful too.
