Entrepreneurs from Richmond can hear from one of Australia’s leading businessmen at the next Business Breakfast event.
The guest speaker at the November meeting will be Mark Bouris, who has more than 25 years’ experience in finance and property and is executive chairman of finance company Yellow Brick Road, and of technology company TZ Limited. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of New South Wales, and sits on the university’s Australian School of Business Advisory Board.
However, he is perhaps best known to the general public as the host of Celebrity Apprentice Australia.
During the breakfast, Bouris will discuss his own entrepreneurial journey. He will give his thoughts on how the economy will develop in 2015, and how businesses can create successful plans for the future. He will also share tips on how companies can thrive, despite markets becoming tougher and more competitive.
The event, organised by the Yarra City Council’s Economic Development Unit, will also be a good networking opportunity, with business owners from across the region likely to attend. Participants should make sure their business card printing has been done well, to ensure they present a professional image.
The breakfast takes place on Thursday, November 20th at Fenix in Richmond. The event starts at 6.45am. Places should be reserved in advance, and can be booked by contacting Yarra City Council.
