Opera singers to bring Shakespeare to Nunawading
The full 2025 Opera Scholars Australia cohort will be showcasing their talent for audiences in Nunawading, as they bring their "All the World’s a Stage" show to a local venue.
Audiences can expect to be introduced to a number of songs from history’s greatest composers based on or inspired by Shakespeare’s most famous works.
Celebrating the passion, drama and storytelling of The Bard, the "All the World’s a Stage" concert will introduce audiences to the artistry and skill of Australia’s next generation of opera singers. Accompanied by pianist Rhodri Clarke, the night will feature songs from composers like Purcell, Verdi, Britten and Korngold.
Opera Singers Australia is a Melbourne based organisation dedicated to delivering a leading training program for young classical singers pursuing a stage career. Under the program, trainees have the opportunity to work with Australia’s top vocal coaches, participate in specialised movement and acting classes, take advantage of photography and videography resources to build their portfolios and showcase their developing skills.
Theatre venues often turn to brochure printing services to produce programs for upcoming shows. These programs are designed to provide audience members with more information about the songs, singers and other performers featured in the concert, and are often kept after the show as souvenirs.
